CraftLink is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. The controller is AnkoUnity.

Controller

AnkoUnity, registered office 56 Avenue de la Paix, 94260 Fresnes, RCS Créteil 843 812 611, acts as controller for data collected via the Site and the tradesperson workspace (CraftLink brand).

Data collected

  • Tradesperson identification data: name, email, phone, trade.
  • Client lead data: contact details, need description, area, urgency, voice recordings where applicable.
  • Technical data: logs, IP address, session identifiers, cookies (see cookie policy).

Purposes and legal bases

  • Provision of the service (account, pro page, request capture) — performance of the contract.
  • Support and security — legitimate interest.
  • Billing and legal obligations — legal obligation.
  • Audience measurement (if accepted) — consent.
  • Limited B2B prospecting — legitimate interest or consent depending on the channel.

Retention periods

  • Active tradesperson account: contract duration + 3 years for evidence and customer relationship.
  • Leads: according to account settings, 24 months by default unless deleted earlier.
  • Cookies: maximum 13 months for consent-based trackers.
  • Technical logs: 12 months.

Recipients and processors

Data is accessible to authorised AnkoUnity teams and its processors (hosting, database, AI transcription, messaging, payment) strictly for the purposes described. Contractual safeguards (DPA / standard clauses) are put in place where required.

Transfers outside the EU

Where tools involve a transfer outside the European Union, AnkoUnity ensures appropriate mechanisms (adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, supplementary measures).

The service is intended for professionals. AnkoUnity does not knowingly collect data relating to minors.
